      为庆祝一带一路十周年，用镜头讲述中国故事，向世界传播中国文化，北京市委宣传部，大学生阅读季联合j9九游会老哥俱乐部首页举办“读中国历史，讲中国故事”短视频大赛。
      活动面向交大留学生征集原创短视频作品，通过留学生视角展现与中国历史，人物故事，中国文化有关的原创内容，讲述真实、全面、立体的中国故事，推动其深度体验和认识具有中国特色、体现中国精神、蕴藏中国智慧的中华文化，向世界展现可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象，进而进一步增强中华文明影响力，深化文明交流互鉴。

The “Reading China's History Telling China's Stories” short-video competition will be held for international students of Beijing Jiaotong University in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, to tell China's stories through the lens and spread Chinese culture throughout the world. 

The competition aims to tell true, comprehensive, three-dimensional stories about China, and to promote a deeper experience and understanding of Chinese culture with Chinese characteristics, spirit and wisdom among students from different countries, showing a trustworthy, adorable, respectable image of China to the world, further enhancing the influence of Chinese civilization and deepening cultural exchanges and mutual learning.

参赛规则

一、活动时间： 2023年11月15日-30日

二、视频形式：（二选一）
1.  真人口播类短视频
真人出镜+内容口述（真人真声）或对话的形式呈现。
2.  文艺类短视频
风格类似于生活短片、纪录片、微电影，画面文艺、优美， 色调清新、淡雅。

三、创作方向：
1.  北京历史文化。皇城建筑，市井风俗，特色小吃，岁时节日，礼仪习俗，特色服饰等。中国的历史文化藏在京城各处，等待你们去挖掘。
2.  四史
党史、新中国史、改革开放史、社会主义发展史。博物馆，中国高铁，共享单车，移动支付……你们的切身感受是对“四史”最好的学习与见证。
3.  精神力量
英雄辈出的中华儿女，闪耀在他们身上的勤劳勇敢、自强不息的中华民族精神是中华民族的精神财富。通过一个个人物，发现身边的中国精神。
4.  大国成就
了不起的中国，书写新华章。

四、视频要求：
1.  参赛视频为原创，时长不超过5分钟，需画质清晰，声画统一，格式为MP4,MOV MXF。分辨率不得低于1280*720，拍摄视频中严禁出现广告植入内容。
2.  作者需入镜（可不全程入镜，间断性入镜即可），视频可配乐，但需保留作者原声，语言为中文，建议配中文字幕。
3.  主办方拥有入围作品的版权使用权，在征求作者同意后有权对作品进行调整，主办方可通过任何宣传形式对参赛作品进行推广和传播。
4.活动激励
依据主题表达，创意，感染力等标准，综合评选一等奖，二等奖 三等奖，发放证书及相应奖品。
前十名作者将入围北京市高校展演现场，届时参与活动的留学生需要在舞台上以演讲方式讲述自己选择的“中国故事”（使用中文表达，时长控制在3～5分钟）。舞台将搭建背景屏幕，参与活动的同学可制作ppt，视频等，包括但不限于自己查阅的相关资料、实拍图片/视频、采访素材等。

I.Participants
International students of BJTU

II.Submission Period
November 15—30, 2023

III.Categories of Entries
The competition will be conducted through short videos. There are two categories, one of which can be selected.
1.Oral Statements
Contestants show up in the videos, dictating the contents or presenting in the form of a dialogue.
2.Art videos
Styles such as short films of daily life, documentaries, micro movies with artistic and beautiful images and in fresh and elegant tones.

IV.Themes of Entries
1.Beijing History and Culture
Imperial city architecture, towns and mores, specialty snacks, seasons and festivals, etiquette and customs, characteristic clothes. The history and culture of China are hidden everywhere in the capital, waiting for you to explore.
2.Achievements of China
Amazing China is writing a new chapter. Museums, China’s high-speed rail, shared bikes, mobile payments...
3.Spiritual Strength
Generation by generation, the spirit of diligence, courage and perseverance that shines from those Chinese heroes has become the spiritual wealth of Chinese nation.

V.Requirements of Entries
1.All entries must be original, within 5 minutes, MP4, MOV, MXF format, clear image quality, united sound and picture, at least 1280*720 resolution, and no advertising during your shooting.
2.Contestants need to be on camera (it’s okay to be on camera discontinuously), videos can be accompanied by music but contestants' original voice must be retained, language should be Chinese, better with Chinese subtitles.
3.The organizer has the right to use the shortlisted works’ copyright and edit the works after being consented by the contestants. The works can be promoted and shared in any promotion form by the organizer.

VI.Awards
First prize, second prize and third prize will be selected comprehensively, according to the theme expression, creativity, impression of the video, and the former three prizes will receive prizes and certificates respectively.

The top 10 contestants can get the qualification to do public speaking on the stage where contestants selected from other universities in Beijing will give speeches as well, telling their own stories of China (in Chinese, 3-5mins). A background screen will be set up on the stage, and participants can prepare PPT, videos, etc., including but not limited to relevant materials they have consulted, actual photos/videos, interview materials, etc. 

VII.Submission Method

The following information needs to be indicated in the email： 
the title of the work, student ID, nationality, school, phone number and other information related to the work.

If the file is too large to upload, please copy it to a USB drive and contact your college counselor to deliver it or contact Teacher Zhang: 18801062852.

Suggest scanning the QR code to register the information at the same time.
